One of the founding principles of etiCloud is to always put our customers first. To ensure we are able to respond effectively and efficiently to every request, we’ve been building Customer Excellence Team by recruiting the very best people in the business who firmly share our principles.

The recent appointments of Mike Hague as Business Mentor & Coach and Sharon Oni as Customer Excellence Manager have served to strengthen our existing Customer Excellence Team and support the ongoing work of our Customer Excellence Managers including Chris Truby.


Customer Excellence across the board

“When we implement the service, we make sure clients understand exactly what is happening at each stage of the process and we’re always on hand if there are any queries.  Once implemented, we will fully test the service. We want all of our clients to be 100% happy before they sign the acceptance agreement, so we will work around the clock to ensure everything is spot on, exactly like we would do if it were our own business.”

Continues Jonathan: “When the service is up and running, our Customer Support Plan kicks in and clients can speak to any member of our Customer Excellence Team whenever they need to – they also get a direct line to me, the icing on the cake! If there are any issues at any point during the service agreement, the respective customer excellence manager will be on site ASAP to rectify the problem.”
