It’s not every day you get invited to take part in a podcast. So, when we received a call from the Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland asking if we’d like to discuss the topic of leadership, we were only too happy to get involved.

The Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland is currently in the process of talking to leadership figures from across the nation in an attempt to understand this universal trait and what it means in Britain and Northern Ireland today. Our sales & marketing director (and etiCloud co-founder), Jonathan Ashley, was the ideal candidate to share his thoughts on leadership and how it’s even more important than ever to be an effective leader during the unprecedented times we’re all experiencing.

To create the podcast episode, Jonathan was interviewed by Scott Challinor over the phone. Scott asked Jonathan a series of questions about leadership and the role it has played in his career to date.

Scott commented: “Hosting a show like this, where you speak to genuine leaders who have been there and done it, either on a national stage or within a crucial industry sector, is an absolute honour.”

Commenting on the interview, Jonathan said: “It was a real privilege to take part in the podcast and talk to Scott about this important topic, particularly at this momentous period in time. Strong and effective leadership is key for any business at any time and for me that means leading from the front, not shying away from hard work and providing a positive example to all those around me.”
