Ok, so we ask a lot of questions with our customer information survey. But it’s our chance to really get to understand your business and its ICT requirements. So we can be sure of recommending the most efficient and cost-effective products for you, from the word go.

Ready to go
After you’ve said yes, we think it’s still really important to keep in touch with you. We’ll walk you through the process and let you know what’s happening every step of the way (even if it’s just to say nothing much is happening, and let you know when it will). You’ll be given a direct point of contact to help with any queries you have too.
It’s time to test your service. We want to make sure you’re 100% happy before asking you to sign your acceptance agreement (ideally within seven days). So if there’s anything you’re not sure of, our team will work round the clock to get it right for you.

When you sign on the dotted line our customer service doesn’t stop. In fact, that’s when our Customer Support Plan kicks in. It’s easy to speak to us as often or as little as you like.
