Founding director Jonathan is passionate about supplying exceptional products and services to our customers. He achieved double digit growth as Business Development Director in the UK’s largest privately owned telecommunications company and brings his experience and passion for customer service to etiCloud. Jonathan is committed to growing the business through referrals, as this relies on providing exceptional products and service to customers.
Simon qualified in Law from Brunel University before choosing to train as a Chartered Accountant, qualifying in 1982. He brings a huge wealth of Operational, Financial and Management experience to the business. His roles have included Financial Director of a £10m Group at just 28, being a Managing Director in France, and most recently 10 years as Operations and Finance Director.
Michael is our tenacious technical director, responsible for technical development of three of our four service pillars. His technology heritage started with coding a commercially released game at 14 years old, and includes a period as part of the sysadmin team for one of the largest sites in the world as well as working for IBM on the launch of ViaVoice Speech recognition.
A Physics graduate from Imperial College London, Duncan has been responsible for the design and build of our Cloud infrastructure. Security is his specialism, and he has a vast knowledge of locking down systems while achieving unmatched performance levels. Duncan has been designing, building and maintaining cloud systems for more than 15 years. His IT career includes 5 years working on Solaris, 10 years providing security consultancy for aerospace and media clients as well as many of the largest financial institutions in the UK and Europe. He was also technical lead on the original security system and global network for lastminute.com.
